T5 bloc G77 swap project.

A not-for-profit, publicly and privately funded, non-charity NGO.

GPCJ seeks to rebalance the global injustice which drives both poverty and carbon as headlines for the UN SDGs, as a bookend which defines the perimeter of the T5 bloc G77 swap project.

The ICFD in Spain, June 2025 will open out the G77 dialogue.
UN Protocols describe how Parties contribute to the process.
Mechanisms for Reparative Justice (MRJ) are the lead debate. T5 promote MRJ4 as a actionable MRJ.
The Addis Ababba Action Agenda is the G77 ministerial focus.
In 2024 the G77 Ministers met to formulte the Declarations.
The debate at COP has met serious raodblocks and a need for a new dilogue. GPCJ provide such an adaptive dialogue.
